Every order leaves Seoul and arrives at your door with nothing left to pay.
Duties are already in the price
We are the importer of record. Customs duty and import fees are paid by us before your parcel ships, and are included in the price you saw on the product page. No carrier will ask you for money at the door.
This is the part most shops selling from overseas leave to you. A surprise customs invoice on delivery is the most common reason a cross-border order ends badly, so we price it in instead.
How long it takes
An order placed today would arrive Nov 3–Nov 10. That covers the time to secure the item with the brand, hand it to the carrier in Seoul, and clear customs on arrival.
Business days, and customs can add a day without warning. We would rather quote a window you beat than one you miss.
We buy it after you order
We do not warehouse stock. When you order, PayPal holds the amount and we confirm the item with the brand in Korea. Only then do we charge you. If the brand cannot supply it, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
It is why your order says held, not charged for a day or two, and it is deliberate — the alternative is charging you for something we then have to refund.
Shipping cost
Flat $12, free over $79. One parcel costs the same to clear customs whether it holds one item or four, so a second item is much cheaper to deliver than the first.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days. Return shipping is not yet prepaid.
Within 30 days of delivery, write to us from the address on your order and we will tell you where to send it. We do not prepay return postage yet, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
