Exactly the size chart said
The color in the photos is the color that arrived. That sounds like a low bar but it is not, in my experience.

The story
Why Tory & Co exists
Built by two people who fly with a nine-pound terrier several times a year and could not find a bag that fit under a seat without collapsing on the animal inside.
Every carrier is measured against the published under-seat dimensions of major US carriers, and the spec sheet lists which ones it clears.
“Publish the airline it fits, or do not claim it fits.”

Better made than anything I've found here
I measured twice because I was nervous about ordering from overseas, and the chart was accurate to the inch. No returns needed, which is the whole ballgame with this stuff.

Held up to a very enthusiastic puller
Ordered this after giving up on the big-box versions that fray in a month. The stitching is on another level and the hardware actually feels like hardware. Shipping took about a week and a half and nothing was owed at the door.
