Handam started in a leather workshop that made camera straps. The founders kept getting the same request from friends: a dog lead that would not fray, stretch, or turn gray after one wet winter.
Everything is cut from webbing woven for climbing tape and finished with hardware rated well past what a dog can pull. The result looks understated and outlasts three of whatever it replaced.

The color in the photos is the color that arrived. That sounds like a low bar but it is not, in my experience.
